With that in mind, I have decided to share things learned about the journey to (and through) menopause and and beyond, including, but definitely not limited to, personal experiences, individual research, trials, tribulations and tips picked up along the way.

This site was born out of my search for real answers to these questions and more. Many women are searching for ways to relieve some of the most common physical menopause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, trouble sleeping, along with the emotional changes taking place - a lot of which are hormone related. As you can see from my growing reading list to the left, I am exploring all of the available options too, and will certainly pass on things that I learn.
